Summary
Police went to a home to serve a search warrant. When they arrived with emergency lights, sirens and a PA system, they reportedly approached the home and after no one answered the door, they broke in. They allegedly saw Michael W. Mobley move with a rifle moving toward the front door. They said he raised his rifle toward the officers and was shot and killed.
